1 cup finely ground salt

1/3 cup almond oil (or other oil of your choice)

8 drops grapefruit essential oil

8 drops bergamot essential oil

4 drops peppermint essential oil

  1. Add essential oils to salt in a bowl, and stir thoroughly.
  2. Add almond oil gradually. Stir continuously.
  3. Once the mixture is of moist sand consistency, you may stop stirring.
  4. Store the scrubs in an air-tight jar.
