Instructions

          1. Mix green tea, honey and whipped egg white in a bowl.
          2. Apply the mixture onto the face and let it sit for 30 minutes.
          3. Wash it off with luke warm water and apply your moisturizer afterward.

Milk

Milk

Rich in calcium and lactic acid, milk is a great way to improve skin complexion, regulate skin’s colourtaion and also improves skin pigmentation. Apart from drinking it, you can make it into a mask too!

Instructions

          1. Heat up the milk (make sure it’s not too hot).
          2. Soak a cloth in the warm milk.
          3. Squeeze the cloth to remove excess milk.
          4. Apply the cloth to your skin and massage gently for 5 minutes.

Rice Powder

Rice powder is a great source of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, anti-oxidant and ferulic acid. Hence, rice powder is the perfect candidate to hydrate, moisturize, while protecting your skin from toxins and free radicals at the same time.

Ingredients

1 cup uncooked rice

Instructions

          1. Grind 1 cup of uncooked rice until it becomes powder.
          2. Pour the milk into the rice powder gradually and make sure it turns into a smooth paste.
          3. Spread the paste over your skin.
          4. Leave it for 30 minutes and rinse it off with clean water.
          5. Apply your moisturizer afterward.

Honey

Honey

Not only is honey moisturizing to the skin, but it has bleaching properties that get rid of dead skin cells and improve skin ton. Furthermore, honey has anti-bacteria properties in reducing scars, acne and aging spots. You can make a simple mask just with honey alone or mix it with almond oil, powdered milk and lemon juice.

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon almond oil

1 tablespoon powdered milk

Instructions

        1. Combine honey, almond oil, powdered milk and lemon juice together.
        2. Apply the mixture to your skin.
        3. Let it sit for 20 minutes and rinse it off with water.
        4. Apply your moisturizer afterward.
