Zahra Mursal | Author and Novels Translator
I am Zahra Mursal, 29 years old writer enjoying life.
Author and Novels translator.
I started with a blog then i gradually transferred my random posts into a story. Some people found it good enough to be published. Eventually it happened in 2012 and i never stopped writing ever since, the only difference now is that i don’t write as much in the blog.
well, i’m so excited about this year it started great for me, i recently visited a place where i wanted to go to for a long time with my little family and we had a great time, then a few weeks later my mama-in-law visited the town and we couldn’t be more happier. She’s the sweetest person on earth .. and now i’m working on my third novel along side with another translating project, yeah, so much fun.
At home, i don’t like going out much. I am socially awkward.
Well, i never been to Malaysia. I would love to visit it soon but my brother went there and he told me to go to a small town called Johor.
I believe in process. i tend to rush stuff i want everything to be done now or to just happen but i learned to stop and remind myself that it’s all a process and in order for it to end up perfect it gonna take time so i must be patient.
L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara.
Maybelline dream matte mousse foundation – SAND
H&M eyeshadow palette – Smoky Essentials
Brows pencil, Eyeliner.
And a Gabrini highlight.
Multiples lipsticks and lip pumps actually lots of that.
I would say face oil, rosewater toner, cactus gel, and my lip pump, i can’t think of anything else.
Everyday is different but i usually plan everything in Saturdays starting with my kid activities and his reading plan, my writing plans and then organizing a to-do list for everyone, plan our weekend and last but not least organize my social media collaborations ..
Everyone in my family helps when its comes to the plans “we live together we gonna make it work together” no one is a exception even my 3 years old son knows how to get things done and i’m proud of that. That’s how my Saturdays go and then for the rest of the week i try to stuck to the scheduled i made and show progress. We kinda have a traditional to stay in every Thursday night and watch animated movie just me and my boys and its the best night of the week for me ..
When the weekend arrives i would already have a plan for it, and i know exactly how i’m going to spend it whether going to be a discovering day out with my boys or relaxing lunch date with my girlfriends or a stay in and have a family gathering.
Dahab, its an Egyptian peninsula located between Africa and Asia.
I don’t have much of a unwinding time now that i am a mother but when i do it would be just a quiet time where i sip on a coffee and read a good book while some soul music playing in the background.
Moisturize, drink LOTS of water, sleep and stop caring too much.
Alot, my vision board is crowded with unreached yet dreams, i hope i live long enough to make them a reality.
I love Dina Tokio.
Madea movies, i love all of them.
I don’t have specific one.
Seeing my loved once happy
I started at the age of 14 and my “make up” was basically just a red lipstick that i stole from my mother collection.
I’m actually still reading it .. its an Arabic book called “قرية ظالمة”
Michael Kors – sporty citrus
Mint gum, napkins, my wallet, keys of course and some snack for my son.
if i don’t feel like wearing make up i make sure i moisturize my face well at night and then wear a nice bright lipstick when going out.
